Abandoned Quarry II
Another look at the quarry. The water was only knee deep, clear, and void of life from what I could tell. You could climb on the rocks and make your way in and around the pool for different vantage points. I’m not sure what kind of stone this was. Granite? Slate?

I caught some of the last golden light reflecting off the ripples in the water. Its dance was mesmerizing…
Solar Flare
The bright sun reflecting off of the water and my lens created a bright lens flare. A cloudless sky creates an intense bubble of color and light during sunset. I love all these elements together and used them to create this image.
Twilight, Corson’s Sound
After the sun had set, the clouds burst into light and put on an eye-popping show.
